It will be understood that the customer has complete custody and control of the job. Therefore, the customer assumes all responsibility for the well and the supervision of the job. The customer also assumes responsibility for McConnell & Scully’s down-hole equipment, such as lines, swabs, fishing tools, etc. McConnell & Scully, Inc. is fully covered by Employer’s Liability, Contractors General Liability, Worker’s Compensation, Property Damage and Contractual Liability Insurance. McConnell & Scully, Inc. shall be responsible for injuries to its personnel, property and equipment arising in conjunction with services provided per insurance terms and provisions.
The customer shall be responsible for all damage to its personnel, property, and equipment, as well as any environmental damage arising in connection with said service. Any damaged parts due to project conditions or customer negligence will be charged to the customer.
McConnell & Scully, Inc. will perform in a conscientious, workman-like manner, with safety for men and property at all times.
